How do I create a memorial?

Creating a memorial is simple! Click ‘Create Your Memorial’ at the top, choose your plan, and follow our step-by-step guide. You’ll add photos, write their story, and customize the design. Most families complete their memorial in 30-60 minutes.

What information do I need to get started?

You’ll need basic information like their name, birth and death dates, and a few photos. Everything else can be added later. Our platform saves your progress automatically, so you can work on it over time.

Can I see examples of memorials before I create one?

Yes! We have a demo memorial you can view to see how the final product looks. You can also browse our gallery of example memorials (with permission from families) to get inspiration for your own.

How long does it take to create a memorial?

Most families complete their memorial in 30-45 minutes using our intuitive builder.

What's included in each plan?

Each purchase includes a unique QR plaque, delivered directly to you within 7–10 business days. Your personalized QR code is also available for immediate download, so you can begin sharing and using it right away.

You’ll then have the opportunity to choose from three platform options (Essential, Signature, and Platinum) for your personalized memorial page.

Can family and friends add memories to the memorial?

Yes! With our Legacy platform, family and friends can share memories, stories, and check-ins in the Guest Book. You maintain full control over what gets published with a Privacy and Public mode – all contributions require your approval before appearing on the memorial.

How does the QR code work?

Each memorial gets a unique QR code that links directly to the digital memorial page that lives online. When someone scans it with their smartphone (camera app), they’re directed to the memorial page you created where they can view photos, watch videos, read stories, and learn about your loved one’s life.

Can visitors check in when they visit the gravesite?

Yes! Our Legacy platform includes a gravesite check-in feature. Visitors can record when they’ve visited and/or leave a written message in the Guest Book section. This creates a beautiful record of who has paid their respects.

Can I add videos and audio recordings?

Video uploads are available with our Signature platforms, while more video uploads are available with the Platinum platform. You can add video tributes, audio recordings of their voice, favorite songs, or recorded memories from family members.

📱 QR Codes & Placement

How do I get the QR code on a headstone?

Once your memorial page set up is complete, we provide a high-resolution QR code file. You can give this to your monument company to engrave directly on the headstone (if you choose), however, we will provide you with a weather-resistant QR code plaque to attach directly on the monument. It’s small and discreet and will not take away focus from the stone.

Will the QR code work forever?

Yes! Your QR code is permanent and will always link to your memorial. Hosting is included for life, ensuring the memorial remains accessible forever.

What if someone doesn't have a smartphone?

While QR codes require a smartphone to scan, anyone can visit the memorial directly by typing the web address. We also provide a short, easy-to-remember URL for each memorial that can be shared in other ways.

Can I get multiple QR codes for the same memorial?

Yes! While you will receive 1 QR code plaque, we will also provide you with a digital version that can be used on funeral programs, memorial cards, photo boards or other locations. Each code links to the same memorial page.

🔒 Privacy & Security

Who can see the memorial?

With the Signature and Platinum platforms, you control the privacy settings for the digital memorial. You can make it completely public, require a password, or limit access to specific people. However, most families choose to make memorials public so anyone who knew their loved one can visit and share memories.

Is my family's information secure?

Absolutely. We use enterprise-grade security measures including SSL encryption, secure data centers, and regular security audits. We never share your personal information with third parties, and you maintain full control over your memorial content.

Can I delete or modify the memorial later?

Yes, you have complete control over your memorial. You can edit content, add new photos, modify privacy settings, or even delete the memorial entirely at any time through your account dashboard.

What happens to the memorial if I pass away?

You can designate family members as co-administrators who can manage the memorial. We also offer legacy planning services to ensure your digital memorials are preserved according to your wishes.

💳 Billing, Refunds & Cancellations

Is this a one-time payment or subscription?

While QR plaque is a one-time purchase and no additional cost to hosting your memorial page, we do offer upgraded options to further personalize your page with additional features like more videos and pictures, guest book, gravesite check-ins, and much more.

Can I upgrade my plan later?

Yes! You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. You’ll only pay the difference between your current plan and the new one. All your existing content will be preserved during the upgrade.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date your QR product is delivered. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply contact us within 30 days and we’ll provide a full refund of your original QR purchase price.

Subscription Billing & Cancellations

Upgraded platform subscriptions are available with monthly or annual billing options and automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.

Monthly Subscriptions

You may cancel at any time. If you cancel during an active billing month, your subscription will remain active through the end of the current monthly billing period. Partial-month refunds are not provided. Your subscription will then end before the next renewal date.

Annual Subscriptions

You may cancel at any time. If you cancel an annual subscription, your plan will remain active through the remainder of the prepaid annual term and will not renew for the following year. Annual subscription payments are non-refundable once billed, except where required by law.
