Certain upgraded memorial services may be offered as automatically renewing subscriptions.

Unless otherwise expressly stated at checkout, recurring plans renew automatically at the
applicable renewal rate until canceled.
Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not ordinarily reverse charges already

Treasured Souls QR may change pricing, features, plan names, storage allowances, or
available services from time to time. Any changes affecting an existing paid subscription will be

provider, QR technology, software platform, or particular feature will exist indefinitely.

18. QR Plaques and Physical Placement
Treasured Souls QR does not control cemeteries, mausoleums, columbariums, funeral homes,
crematories, memorial parks, homeowner associations, public property, or other locations where
a QR plaque may be placed.
Customers are responsible for determining whether they have permission to install or attach a
QR plaque at the intended location.
The presence of a QR plaque at a physical location may make the associated memorial
accessible to anyone capable of scanning it, subject to any privacy controls available through
the selected memorial plan.
19. Business Transfers
If Treasured Souls QR or substantially all of its assets are acquired, merged, reorganized, sold,
or transferred, user information and memorial records may be among the assets transferred to a
successor entity.
